I have had the immense privilege of spending much of my life in truly wild spaces around Southern Africa. I feel honoured and obligated to share some of those moments in the hope of inspiring the spirit of conservation we so desperately need if these special places and their enchanting inhabitants are to survive.
I strive to celebrate biodiversity as this is the basis of healthy ecosystems and whilst the Big 5 may have captured the worlds imagination, their fate is inexorably tied to much smaller and less famous species and the ever dwindling habitats they are confined to.
It has been my experience that time in nature truly has the power to heal and it is my hope that humanity will nurture her in return.
